Service Overview
QumulusAI provides bare metal server access for high-performance computing needs. Our services are primarily intended for business-to-business (B2B) clients.

User Conduct and Restrictions
You may only use our services for lawful purposes. You explicitly agree not to use our services for any activities considered illegal under United States law.

Data Ownership and Intellectual Property
Clients retain full ownership and control of their intellectual property and data used or processed on our servers. QumulusAI does not claim ownership of any customer-generated content or intellectual property.

Payments
Services provided by QumulusAI will be invoiced. Payment terms and methods will be detailed separately in your service agreement.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

Changes to These Terms
QumulusAI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be indicated by revising the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
